As he no longer suffers from the stress of responsibility as Fleet Admiral, his justice, ‘Reigning Justice,’ seems to have diminished in severity, allowing Sengoku to be himself and even rather comparable to Garp in their behavior. The two ideologies are certain to clash at some point, with Sengoku taking the side that follows the path closest to his own ideology. This need to protect innocent lives is in complete contrast to the World Government’s focus on tyrannical power.
